A fabulous 2 weeks in the most well-equipped cottage rental we’ve ever stayed in; we loved every bit of our stay.
The cottage is just fabulous, spacious and welcoming, a true home from home – but with so much fantastic wildlife to enjoy.
We had an amazing time, and really appreciate your warm welcome, delicious home-made bread and amazing cottage, plus door-to-door access to spectacular walks, a real treat.

Everything has been perfect, especially the Crow’s Nest on a sunny morning and the badgers at dusk. What a treat.

Brilliant location for Glos/Herefordshire. Superb cottage, excellent hospitality from Peter and Carol. Took Peter’s advice and took the walk up the hill – near apoplexy resulted but worth it! Although spent 10 to 5 each day around about, fantastic to come back to the wonderful cottage each evening and just relax. Perfect break.

What a wonderful place to stay; we stay S/C many times a year; never stayed in such a well equipped cottage; the peace and quiet is just idyllic, and the fishing in wonderful surroundings.
Beautiful setting. Enjoyed hot mulled wine on the Crow’s Nest after visiting the wonderful Daylesford Farm Shop. Photos on the website do not in any way do Lakeside Cottage justice.
