Brook Farm, not far from the beautiful spa town of Cheltenham, enjoys one of the most spectacular locations in the Cotswold Hills. We have magnificent uninterrupted views in all directions, and yet we are only 10 minutes from the M5. Close to the highest point of the Cotswolds, our environment is so unique that much of it is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest.

Private Trout Fishing
Private trout fishing is only available on an exclusive Syndicate Membership basis. Although the Syndicate is restricted to just 10 Members, opportunities for new Memberships do occasionally occur. There are no day tickets, and fishing does not come with occupancy of the Cottage.
The Lakes
The two lakes are both fed from limestone aquifers and the crystal-clear water has a Ph of 8, so we enjoy a wonderful aquatic environment. Both lakes are stocked with Rainbow and Brown Trout of the very highest quality.
